The Ledger
Every case, with receipts.
One row per rug pull, exit scam, fraud or collapse on the rug. Each figure says what it measures and links where it came from.
Method
What counts
Two kinds of case. Curated cases: a court, regulator, law-enforcement release, major news outlet, Web3 is Going Just Great, or an on-chain security firm posting on X (CertiK, PeckShield, Cyvers and others) has called it a rug pull, exit scam, fraud or collapse. We use their label, not ours; unless a court has ruled, it is an allegation. pump.fun cases, from public on-chain and pump.fun data: a failure is a token that fell 95%+ from its peak market cap. That is not an accusation. A dev dump is a token whose creator wallet bought in and sold 90%+ of it within 72 hours of launch. That is alleged, not proven; selling your own allocation is not proof of fraud. The pump.fun cases are a sample, not every token.
The figure
One number per case, and each card says what it measures. Loss: what investors or users lost (or the amount stolen or raised), as reported. Dev sold: what the developer took out by selling, not victim losses. Figures from a single X post are of this kind too. Drop from peak: peak market cap minus today's, paper value and not realised losses. These measures are not the same thing, so the totals on this site count reported losses only.
Patch size
Patch area grows with the logarithm of the figure, so a $15K coin is still visible next to a $40B collapse. Compare patches by rank, not by ratio.
